Nancy Allen

Nancy Allen is Founder and President of Impact Coaching, a Registered Corporate Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and a Training Professional with over fifteen years experience in designing and conducting one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.

Her coaching and training is designed to support the concept of ongoing learning and personal and professional development. Certified in many nationally known training programs, such as DiSC, DDI, TTI, and Zenger Miller, she offers interventions focused on results. She is approved to conduct the Registered Corporate Coach Training Program, recognized by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. (WABC)

She has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally conducting professional workshops, and coaching. Additionally, Nancy has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership, teambuilding, sales, and career development.

Nancy has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of a two-year professional program from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has completed several courses in specific coach training from Coach University, the Coach Training Institute, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

She is Past President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development and served as a Vice President in the Atlanta chapter. Nancy is a member of the International Coach Federation, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

Amy Filipek

AMY FILIPEK is a Registered Corporate Coach, Life Coach, Consultant and Facilitator with Impact Training and Development with over 20 years experience in coaching and training and development.

She has studied many methodologies and uses her humor and love for people as great tools in her coaching ability. She is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the Georgia Coaches Association, a chapter of the International Coach Federation and has had extensive leadership and coach training from Landmark Education.

For the past five years she has been actively involved in a national organization, Couples Coaching Couples, Inc., a non-profit organization with the purpose of creating a world that fosters profoundly fulfilling relationships. She and her husband currently serve as the Operations Manger Couple as well as active participants in the organization.

She is someone who has embraced the coaching culture and uses it in her own life as well as sharing her coaching expertise with her clients.

Her latest endeavors include being certified as a trainer to lead "The Bigger Game" workshops for organizations & individuals. The Bigger Game is an innovation model that helps individuals, teams and organizations create meaning, conviction, courage and growth in service of achieving desirable goals and dreams.

Sherry Greenleaf

Sherry Greenleaf, Co founder, has over 20 years corporate management experience and is an experienced presenter and facilitator. She has provided consulting services to healthcare, manufacturing, banking, government, insurance and consumer services organizations. Sherry has developed and conducts interactive coaching programs for managers and leaders. She concentrates her skills and experience to align training to support continuous improvement and organizational learning. Her areas of concentration include: leadership, change management, communication, conflict resolution, team building, creative problem solving and enhancing customer relationships.

Sherry earned her BS in Marketing from the Ohio State University, and is a certified facilitator of Edge Learning's Increasing Human Effectiveness program and is a graduate of the International Creative Problem Solving Institute. She is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and is approved to conduct the Registered Corporate Coach Training program. She is a past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and is an active member of the Organizational Development Connection and the International Coach Federation, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), Northeast Ohio Success Coaches, and the Association for Quality and Participation.
