Leaders Coaching Leaders Training
Leaders Coaching Leaders Training supports the creation of a Coaching Culture. Be on the leading edge of creating a work environment where managers/leaders excel at coaching direct reports. This program is based on Emotional Intelligence. Leaders are quickly able to use coaching skills to motivate themselves and others.

Earn the Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) designation through Impact Training & Development. You may also attend a Train the Trainer program and become certified to conduct this program.
DiSC Train the Trainer Workshop
DiSC Train the Trainer Workshop (one day): Become proficient in interpreting the Inscape DiSC Profile and be able to conduct training and/or coaching sessions with confidence. DiSC helps us to better understand behavioral tendencies in ourselves and other people. This program includes a DiSC Workshop and PowerPoint Presentation for your customization, plus much more.
