Objective of Program

Become proficient in interpreting the DiSC® Assessment and be able to conduct training and/or coaching sessions with confidence, and become CERTIFIED by Impact Training and Development, an Authorized Inscape Distributor, to lead a basic DiSC® Workshop using our materials.

The DiSC® is an assessment that provides an in-depth perspective of behavioral style tendencies. This model helps people understand how they do things.

DiSC® helps us to better understand behavioral tendencies in ourselves and other people. Once people understand these behavioral styles they can work more effectively with others individually and in teams.

The DiSC® concept was originally created by Dr. William Marston and researched and updated by Dr. John Geier at the University of Minnesota. The DiSC® model has helped over 45 million people in 20+ languages over the last 30 years. Inscape Publishing Company, formerly Carlson Learning and Performax, now distributes DiSC® and several other assessment instruments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There is a 50% refund for cancellation within15-30 days prior to the program start date and no refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to the program start date. All proceeds can be applied to future classes within the same calendar year and any monies paid are transferable to other individuals within the same organization.
