Nancy Allen
Nancy Allen is a Registered Corporate Coach and a Training Professional with over twenty years experience in designing and conducting one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.
Her coaching and training is designed to support the concept of ongoing learning and personal and professional development. Certified in many nationally known programs, such as DISC, DDI, TTI, and Zenger Miller, she provides interventions focused on results.
She is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and is certified to conduct the Registered Corporate Coach Training Program through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
She has worked with many organizations both locally and nationally conducting professional workshops and developmental coaching. Additionally, Nancy has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership, teambuilding, sales, and career development.
Nancy has a Masters Degree in Counseling from John Carroll University, a Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State University and is a graduate of a two-year professional program from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has completed courses in specific coach training from Coach University, the Coach Training Institute, EQ at Work-The Whole Leader Program, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
She has served on the board of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), and is a past president of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of ASTD. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Organization Change Alliance of Atlanta, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
Tammy Bush
Tammy is a teacher by heart and life-long learner who is passionate about helping leaders create a coaching culture. By helping leaders uncover their strengths and natural talents, they can catapult their effectiveness to serve and contribute the same to their teams, profession, and community.
She has worked for small to large corporations such as Accenture, where she developed training curriculums for over 6,000 and over 40 locations. She has over 20 years in leadership, organizational development, marketing, and in facilitating sales, team, and leadership training.
As a Registered Corporate Coach, Tammy is a Trained DiSC Facilitator, a Leaders Coaching Leaders Certified Facilitator, and is a of Get Clients Now!™ facilitator, a 28-day sales and marketing program. Tammy is currently pursing her International Coach Federation certification through Coaches Training Institute for Co-Active Coaches.

Evelyn Martin
Evelyn Martin is a Registered Corporate Coach®, DiSC® Workshop Facilitator and Team Dimensions Workshop Facilitator. She holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Rochester. She has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate environment in managing the development of employee training, specializing in sales training. She also holds certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, Strong Interest Inventory, Mager CRI/IMD Course Development® and the Shipley Business Writing Workshops.
Cindy R. Lamir
Cindy R. Lamir is the President and CEO of Impact Business Coaches and a Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC). She is also a Registered Corporate Coach Instructor through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). The WABC is the first international professional association dedicated exclusively to the business coaching industry -and the only association with membership standards based on business experience, coaching experience and client references.
Cindy is a member of The International Coach Federation and the Georgia Coach Association. She is also an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business International and a Certified Behaviors Coach, licensed to use the DiSC Assessment Tools and to facilitate DiSC training.
Cindy spent 20 years in the corporate world in a variety of executive positions. She has experience in all aspects of business management including: strategic planning, sales and marketing management, new product planning and development, innovation tools and strategies, training, team development, and coaching. Cindy has extensive experience in working with business executives to identify and analyze business problems, define strategic solutions, and implement those solutions successfully.
Before relocating to Atlanta and starting her own practice, Cindy was the head of Marketing for the world's largest educational publisher- and served on the senior leadership team that led the company from single-digit market shares to ranking consistently in the top two in new product development throughout the nation.
Her company's mission (and her passion) is to make an impact in organizations as she helps leaders envision their best and make it happen. Taking all of the things that she learned over the years, she founded a company that is all about helping individuals and organizations reach for big goals and achieve them.

She is the cofounder of IMPACT Training & Development, Inc., a firm specializing in providing coach training and professional development programs.
She has coached, trained, and presented to companies such as: Kaiser Permanente, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Coca Cola Africa, McGraw-Hill, Fed Ex Custom Critical, Nationwide Insurance, and National City Bank.
Sherry is a co-author of several workbooks and Train-the Trainer facilitator guides for coach training, hiring, and retention programs for healthcare and small business.
Sherry has a Bachelor of Science from the Ohio State University, and is a graduate of the International Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI).
She is a past president and co-founder of the Cleveland Coach Federation, a chapter of the International Coach Federation, and past president of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). She is an active member of the OD Connection, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
